This suit is filed by the Plaintiff inter alia seeking decree of partition and permanent injunction.

None appears for the Plaintiff despite second call. Order dated 03.04.2025, passed by learned Joint Registrar (Judicial) reflects that Plaintiff has not taken any steps for impleadment of legal heirs of Defendant No. 1 and affidavit has not been filed in compliance of order dated 22.05.2024. The order also records that Plaintiff failed to file process fee for service of Defendants No. 2 to 4 and 9 and 10 as also that there is no representation on behalf of the Plaintiff for last many dates.
