However, it is pointed out that charge sheet has already been filed by the State before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate. As such, it will be appropriate if the petitioner move appropriate application for grant of regular bail on or before 25.07.2016 before the Sessions Court, where the case is yet to be committed. Till then, interim orders passed in this case to continue. The complainant will be at liberty to make appropriate submissions before the appropriate Court.

This application as well as all pending applications stand disposed of accordingly.
