Learned Counsel for the parties submit that the matter has been settled between the parties before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. They seek to rely upon the settlement agreement dated 25.10.2024 in this behalf which is on record.

Learned Counsel for the Respondents, on instructions, submits that the Respondents/workmen has received the payment in terms of the settlement agreement.

Accordingly, the present Petition is disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement dated 25.10.2024. The pending Application also stands closed.

The parties agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the settlement agreement.
