The petitioners seek quashing of FIR No. 201/2019 of PS Model Town for offence under Section 420/120B IPC on the basis of settlement. 3.

At the outset, learned APP submits that the offence alleged against the petitioners is compoundable under Section 320 CrPC, therefore, powers under Section 482 CrPC to quash the FIR cannot be invoked. 4.

Learned counsel for petitioners on instructions of his client present in Court seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to move appropriate application before the Trial Court. 5.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
