% 17.09.2024 Pursuant to last order dated 03.09.2024, respondent No.2/Ms. Anuradha V. Iyer has joined the hearing via video-conferencing. She has been identified by her counsel and by the Investigating Officer. Ms. Iyer states that she does not wish to pursue the case arising from FIR No. 221/2013 dated 28.05.2013 registered under sections 498A/468/471 of the Indian Penal Code 1860 at P.S.: Saket, Delhi, insofar as it relates to the present petitioner, namely Dr. Reena Ramachandran. Ms. S. Janani, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submits, that in the meantime, the petitioner has in any case been placed in column No.12 of the chargesheet filed in the matter; and has therefore not been sent-up for trial.
In view of the above, the present petition is allowed on the basis of the consent and concurrence of the complainant/respondent No.2.
