submits that he does not press the aforesaid two petitions. He, however, submits that since order dated 04.06.2025 had been challenged by the petitioners (defendants before the learned Trial Court) and, in the interregnum, right of the defendants to cross-examine the witnesses of the plaintiff has been closed, petitioner has already moved applications before the learned Trial Court seeking one opportunity in this regard. 3.

Learned counsel for plaintiff submits that he does not want to cause any further delay in his suit and would give his no objection in this regard before the learned Trial Court. He, however, submits that he would make request to the learned Trial Court to impose cost upon defendants for causing delay in the matters.

The aforesaid aspect is, however, entirely left to the learned Trial Court.

Be that as it may, in view of the aforesaid statement, both the petitions are disposed of as not pressed.

Pending applications also stand disposed of in aforesaid terms. 7.

All rights and contentions of the parties are left open.
