It is pointed out that there is an erroneous typing of the said order. In fact, the Court directed the disposal of the present appeal in terms of the order passed in ITA No. 763/2019 dated 26.08.2019. This position is not disputed by the counsel for the respondent.

Accordingly, the order dated 27.09.2019 as recorded is recalled. In its place, we dismiss the present appeal, since no substantial question of law

arises as already noticed in our order dated 26.08.2019, passed in ITA No. 763/2019 in the respondent‟s own case.
