Learned counsel for the respondent submits that, by way of abundant caution, learned Joint Registrar, Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) was made party in the present petition. 2.

It is quite evident that there is no requirement of impleadment of the abovesaid officer as respondent No.1 in the present case. His name is, accordingly, directed to be deleted from the array of the parties. 3.

Let amended memo of parties be also filed.

After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for petitioner does not press the present petition. appropriate request to the learned Arbitral Tribunal to hear arguments on contempt petition before hearing final arguments with respect to the claim filed by him.

The petition is, accordingly, disposed of as not pressed. 6.

The liberty, as prayed, is always available with the petitioner and, in case any such request is made before the learned Arbitral Tribunal, the learned Tribunal shall consider the same in accordance with law. 7.

The petition stands disposed of in aforesaid terms. 8.

A copy of this order be given dasti under the signatures of Court Master.
