Learned Counsel for the parties submit that the present matter has been settled between the parties vide Settlement Agreement dated 16th October, 2025, which has been placed on record.

Counsel for the respondent submits that, in terms of the settlement, the respondent has received the amount as stated therein and has no objection to the release of amount deposited in Court as per the order dated 03rd July, 2025, as the said amount was deposited by the petitioner. Accordingly, this amount as deposited be released to the petitioner. 4.

Ld. Counsel for the petitioner submits that, in view of the settlement, the present petition be disposed of as withdrawn.
