The present Petition seeks to challenge the Order dated 08.05.2025 passed by the learned District Judge, District South East, Saket Court in Ex. No. 536/2023 [hereinafter referred to as "Impugned Order"]. By the Impugned Order, the Application seeking stay of execution Petition has been dismissed.

After some arguments, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law. 3.

Accordingly, the Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. The pending Applications stand closed.
