Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties have arrived at a settlement before Samadhan, Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, by way of a Settlement Agreement dated 23.12.2025. The Settlement Agreement filed is taken on record. 2.

In terms of the Settlement Agreement, the parties have agreed that the second party, i.e. respondent no. 1, shall be entitled to withdraw a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- along with the interest accrued thereupon, which was deposited by the petitioner with the Registrar General of this Court in terms of the order dated 27.09.2019. Paragraph 3 of the said Agreement further provides that thereafter the remaining amount will be paid by way of two equal instalments.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proprietor of the petitioner company, Ms. Rooby Dhawer, has joined the proceedings through V.C. She is duly identified by the counsel. The proprietor undertakes that the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Settlement Agreement will be complied with in terms of the timelines mentioned therein. The undertaking is accepted, taken on record, and she is made bound by the same.

Learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions from respondent no. 1, submits that subject to the appellant complying with its obligations under the Settlement Agreement, respondent no.1 also undertakes to take the requisite steps to withdraw LPA 220/2024.

In view of the aforesaid respective undertakings, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to revive the petition in case of any default. The pending applications are also disposed of.

Needless to say, both the parties herein are made bound by the Settlement Agreement and the undertakings given today. 7.
