The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted interim protection by this Court vide order dated 05.10.2023, subject to his joining investigation as and when required by the IO concerned. She submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation as and when asked by the IO.

The learned APP, on instructions from the IO, who is present in Court, affirms the said position. He submits that the petitioner is no more required any further investigation.

Having regard to the above, it is directed that in the event of petitioner being arrested, he be released on bail subject to his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- and a surety bond of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer / Arresting Officer subject to further condition that he will join investigation as and when directed by the IO The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
