The bail application was dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh before the trial court.

But this modification application seeks the same relief. 3.

Keeping in mind the aforesaid, I checked the vakalatnama of learned counsel Mr. Vineet Chawla. That vakalatnama is dated 24.07.2025. No fresh vakalatnama to move this application has been obtained, despite the admitted position, that in the bail application, subsequently Mr. Vineet Chawla, Advocate had been disengaged and another counsel Mr. Meghan had been engaged.

It is also noticed that the present application seeks the same relief as already granted is an elaborate application, mentioning other facts also in detail.
