Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that Mrs. Meena (W/o Bhim Singh/petitioner), mother-in-law of the deceased, has already been granted bail vide order dated 21.11.2025 by the learned ASJ concerned.

In view of the above facts, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all requisite grounds before the learned ASJ and seek bail. 3.

Leave and liberty granted.
