Learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.3 & 4 submits that during the pendency of the instant appeal, a joint petition came to be filed for quashing of the FIR which was registered pursuant to the incident which had taken place.

In view of the aforesaid, he submits that since the parties have already settled their dispute amicably and the concerned petition for quashing of the FIR is pending for disposal, therefore, this Court is not required to adjudicate the instant petition on merit.

Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Court, at this stage, disposes of the instant petition leaving all rights and contentions open. Pending application is also disposed of.
