Status report has been filed on behalf of SDM, Chandni Chowk, wherein it is stated that demolition action was taken on the scheduled date, i.e. 23rd May, 2026, in the presence of officials of Revenue Department, local police authorities, Archaeological Survey of India, BSES and MCD. 2.

Counsel for the petitioner is satisfied with the aforesaid action. 3.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. 4.
