3. At the outset, it has been put to learned counsel for the petitioner as to how the present petition would be maintainable before this Court when the petitioner has an efficacious remedy before the Central Administrative Tribunal under the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985.

4. transferred to the Central Administrative Tribunal and be listed for consideration on 12.07.2024.

5. Learned counsel for the respondents, who appear on advance notice, submit that they have no objection to this limited request.

Accordingly, in the peculiar circumstances of the present case especially the nature of urgent relief sought by the petitioner, the present petition is, at the request of the petitioner, transferred to the learned Central Administrative Tribunal with a direction that the same be listed for consideration before the appropriate Bench of the learned Central Administrative Tribunal on 12.07.2024 itself.

7. Needless to state, this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's claim.

8. The Registry is directed to remit the record of the present petition today itself to the learned Tribunal.
