Learned counsels for the parties submit that, by virtue of the Settlement Agreement dated 03.12.2025 executed inter se the parties, possession of the subject premises has already been handed over to the respondents/ landlords, with which the parties shall remain bound by. 2.

As such, since there is nothing remaining in the present petition, learned counsel for the petitioners/ tenants seeks to withdraw the present petition.
