A settlement is stated to have arrived at between the parties. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submit that necessary payments, due and payable to the respondents in terms of the settlement agreement has already been disbursed to them.

Learned counsel for the petitioner confines to seeking that the amount initially deposited by the petitioner, as a pre-condition for grant of interim orders, may accordingly be released to the petitioner. The said prayer is allowed.
