% 24.12.2025 File is placed before this Court on office note as affidavits of undertaking by the counsel for appellant and by counsel for R-1 has been filed pursuant to the order dated 17.10.2025. As per office note, affidavits of undertaking have been filed by the appellants i.e. parents of 17 students and R-1 i.e. the school through Principal.

Parents of 17 students and Principal on behalf of R-1 are appearing through virtual mode. They submit that affidavits of undertaking filed by them are true and correct. Through affidavits of undertaking filed by the parents of 17 students it is stated by them that they undertake to pay 60% of the arrears of fees as directed by Ld. Single Judge vide order dated 02.05.2025 passed in W.P.(C) No. 12305/2019, in two installments of 30% each. First installment shall be paid on or before 30.11.2025 and The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the second installment on or before 20.12.2025 as per the directions passed vide order dated 17.10.2025 in the present LPA and they further stated that they would pay the fees in accordance with the final judgment which may be passed in W.P.(C) No. 12305/2019 pending before the Ld. single judge.

The school/R-1 also undertook that no coercive steps shall be taken against 17 students and that excess fees, if an, collected by the school shall be refunded.

Affidavits of undertaking are taken on record and accepted. No further order is required to be passed.
