Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the revised bills has already been received by the petitioner Association and now the bill has been raised as per the actual expenditure and, moreover, the benefit of 20 kilo letters has also been passed on.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, at the moment, does not want to press the present petition any further and they only seek liberty to make the payment with respect to the water bill in question upto 28.02.2025.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as not pressed.

The petitioner is permitted to make the payment with respect to the water bill latest by 28.02.2025.
