Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner, for transfer of the investigation in FIR No. 0225/2024 dated 07.05.2024 under Section 376/506/354/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereinafter referred to as 'IPC'), registered at Police Station Dwarka North and FIR No. 59/2024 dated 05.03.2024 under Section 384/389/506 IPC registered at Police Station South Campus to District Investigating Unit or some independent Unit of Delhi Police, to secure the ends of justice.

Learned ASC on behalf of the State, submits that the Charge-Sheets in both the FIRs already stand filed and it has been recorded in the Order dated 10.02.2025.
