This is a petition seeking appointment of an Arbitrator in terms of Dispute Resolution clause, as contained in the contract-Agreement and provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. 5.
The dispute arises out of a Tender Document dated 06.10.2018 and the Work Order dated 22.10.2018. Since there are disputes with regard to the arbitration clause as contained in Special Conditions of Contract and The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. General Conditions of Contract, Mr Dhawan, learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions states that without prejudice to his rights and contentions and only to avoid any technical objections that may be raised by the respondent in future, he will exhaust the procedure prescribed under General Conditions of Contract for appointment of Arbitrator in the first instance.
