% 11.10.2017 The learned counsel for the appellant submits, on instructions, that he may be allowed to withdraw the appeal.

The appeal with pending application is dismissed as withdrawn. By order dated 15.03.2011, the insurance company had been directed to deposit the entire awarded amount with upto date interest with the Registrar General of this Court and from out of such deposit 75% was allowed to be released.

The registry shall now release the balance to the claimants in terms of the impugned judgment.

The statutory amount shall be refunded.
