Mr. Mayank Manish, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is giving up the relief in clauses (a) and (b) of the prayer and is confining the relief only to the clauses (c) and (d) thereof. 2.
He further submits that the present petition can be disposed of in terms of the order dated 15.12.2025 passed in W.P.(C) 5369/2025 titled as Teachers Training College Mirza vs. National Council for Teacher Education & Anr and other connected matters.

Mr. Anuj Kapoor, learned counsel for the respondent/NCTE, on instructions, submits that he has no objection in case similar order is passed in present petition as well.

Accordingly, the present petition is allowed in terms of Teachers Training College Mirza (supra) and other connected matters, and following directions are passed:
i.
The respondent NCTE will pass an "order of restoration" of recognition in this petition and the name of the petitioner The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
shall be included in the list of recognized institutions maintained on the website of the respondents, subject to verification.
ii.
Simultaneously, status of the petitioner as "recognized institution" shall also be communicated to the concerned State Government and Affiliating Body or University. iii.
The above exercise of passing an order of restoration of recognition as well as communicating the State Government and Affiliating Body/University shall be completed before the issuance of public notice as mentioned in para 8 (ii) of the order dated 15.12.2025 passed in Teachers Training College Mirza (supra) and other connected matters.

In the meanwhile, petitioners institutes are permitted to participate in the counselling for academic session 2026-27 and admit students for the said academic session.
