On 30.07.2024, the following order was passed:- "Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already been granted bail in case FIR No. 1007/2020 under Section 323/354/506 IPC and Section 10 POCSO Act registered at PS Chhawla.

Since the petitioner has been granted bail. The petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent No.4 to consider the request for parole afresh and pass an appropriate order in accordance with the law within three weeks.

In view of the above, the present petition along with the pending application stands disposed of.

Pursuant to the aforesaid order, the respondent No.2 moved an application for modification of order dated 30.07.2024 to the extent that the time period for deciding the parole application may be extended till 15.09.2024. It was also submitted that the petitioner has to apply afresh for parole.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that pursuant to the said order, an application seeking regular parole was filed on 29.08.2024 on behalf of the petitioner. It is submitted that his application dated 29.08.2024 has not been decided yet.

Learned ASC appearing on behalf of the State submitted that the application dated 29.08.2024 alongwith their recommendation shall be forwarded to the respondent No.2/BSF within two weeks. 5.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent No.2 states that upon receipt of the said application alongwith their recommendation, the respondent No.2 shall decide the same within a period of three weeks. 6.

The present petition has already been disposed of. 7.

The respondents No.1 and 2 are directed to comply with the statement given before the Court. The petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition in case he is aggrieved by the decision of the competent authority. 8.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant application and the accompanying pending applications stand disposed of.
