The present application is filed seeking grant of regular bail in FIR No. 413/2020 dated 20.12.2020, registered at Police Station Greater Kailash for offences under Sections 376/D/342/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. 4.
The bail applications filed by the co-accused persons - Shivam and Hari Shankar Alias Ramu were disposed of by this Court by order dated 13.03.2024 noting the submissions made by BAIL APPLN. 2373/2024 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State that only public witnesses remained to be examined and he was hopeful that their examination would be over within a period of 5 - 6 months from the date. The co-accused persons were granted liberty to file application at subsequent stage in case the trial is delayed.

In view of the above, this Court does not consider it apposite to entertain the present application at this stage. The applicant is at liberty to file the application afresh in case the trial does not conclude in the next 5 - 6 months.
