Mr. Hirein, Ld. counsel for the applicant, on instructions, submits that applicant is ready and willing to deposit a sum of Rs.10 lacs alongwith interest, as undertaken and noted by this Court vide order dated 02.05.2023 passed in BAIL APPLN. 458/2023 as well as on 24.04.2024 before the Supreme Court in SLP 5451/2024, before the Trial Court. 2.

Mr. Anil, Ld. counsel for the complainant, on instructions, submits that in case the aforementioned amount is deposited by the applicant, the complainant would have no objection to the grant of bail to the applicant. 3.

Considering the aforesaid, the present bail application is disposed of with liberty to applicant to approach the Trial Court.
