Learned counsel for the appellant, on instructions, states that the appellant has undergone his entire substantive sentence and paid the fine. He further states that having understood the consequences, the appellant does not wish to press the present appeal on merits. 2.

The appellant's nominal roll dated 08.10.2025 under the signatures of the Superintendent, Central Jail No. 1, Tihar, New Delhi, is on record and shows that the appellant completed his substantive sentence on 09.01.2024 and was released from prison on 22.03.2024 after depositing the fine imposed by the Trial Court vide TR No. 15911 dated 21.03.2024. 3.

In view of the above, the present appeal is disposed of as not pressed.
