Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 4th July, 2025, counsel for the defendant has returned with instructions, which are as follows: i.
The defendant shall pay the plaintiff the license fee for the event organized by the defendant on 12th April, 2025, i.e., Kailash Kher Live Concert at Gandhi Maidan, Patna (Bihar). ii.
For the past events organized by the defendant, the details of which are given in paragraph no.58 of the plaint, the defendant shall co-operate with the plaintiff to resolve the issue regarding license fees.
iii.
For all future events to be organized by the defendant, the defendant shall take public performance license from the plaintiff.

decreed in terms of prayer clause contained in paragraph no.79(a) to 79(c) of the plaint.

Counsel for the plaintiff does not press for the remaining reliefs sought in the plaint.

All pending applications stand disposed of.

Since the matter has been settled on the second date of hearing itself, the plaintiff is entitled to refund of court fees. 6.
The Registry is directed to issue a certificate of refund of 100% of the Court Fees in favour of the plaintiff, in terms of Section 16 of the Court Fees Act, 1870 read with Section 89 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.
