The present Petition has been filed under Section 36 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ["Act"], read with Order XXI Rules 10 & 11, and Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeking the execution of the Arbitral Award dated 20.04.2023 ["Award"] passed by the learned Sole Arbitrator. 2.

Learned counsel for the parties submit that they are ad idem that the said Award stands set aside by the Judgment dated 01.04.2026 passed by the District Court at Jaipur in Objection Application No. 30 of 2026, preferred by the Judgment Debtor under Section 34 of the Act.

the Act came to be filed during the pendency of the present Petition. 4.

In view of the setting aside of the aforesaid Award, which forms the very basis of the present enforcement proceedings, the present Petition no longer survives and is rendered infructuous. 5.

Accordingly, in view of the statement made on behalf of learned counsel for the parties, the present Petition, along with the pending Application(s), if any, stands dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
