Petitioner has assailed order dated 26.04.2024 of the learned execution court, whereby the objection petition was dismissed. 2.

Today at the outset, it is informed by both sides that since now the decree stands executed and the execution petition stands disposed of as satisfied, the present petition has become infructuous. 3.

That being so, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition so that petitioner may institute appropriate legal proceedings in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the petition and the accompanying application are dismissed as withdrawn.
