The Court has perused the documents and heard the submissions of the petitioner; no ground is made out for this petition to subsist. 2.

The relevant directions with respect to the No Objection Certificate for the self-signage granted are apparent from orders dated 5th August 2022 and 20th February 2023 in W.P.(C) 11598/2022. 3.

It is for the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) to pursue the matter before the Writ Court or any other competent forum/court. Currently, there is no issue which requires interference of this Court in the contempt petition.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
