This is a fresh petition moved by the petitioner seeking initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondent. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent is present on advance notice.

An order in a prior instituted contempt petition was passed on 04.04.2024.

Learned counsel appearing for MCD submits that demolition action has been taken yesterday and the walls which were erected by the owner in the parking area have since been demolished. The same fact is verified by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 5.

The present petition is disposed of with the direction that the respondent shall take action in accordance with law, as and when any fresh unauthorised construction is done by the owner. DHARMESH SHARMA, J.
