By way of present petition, the petitioners seek quashing of the orders dated 12.09.2022 vide which they were declared as proclaimed offenders and 12.04.2023 vide which registration of FIR was directed against the petitioners in case titled Intec Capital Limited v. Core Auto Components Private Limited in CC No.623185/2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioner No.1 is the Director of the accused company and he could not appear before the learned Trial Court on account of being a neuro patient who has been bed ridden for last five years. Petitioner No.2 though arrayed as Director, however, she is a housewife. He submits that consequent to the order passed by this Court, both the petitioners are regularly appearing before the learned Trial Court and participating in the trial. He further submits that the petitioners undertake to continue to appear regularly before the learned Trial Court. Keeping in view the fact that the petitioners are regularly appearing before the learned Trial Court, orders dated 12.09.2022 and 12.04.2023 are set aside.

The petition along with pending applications is disposed of in above terms.
