% 14.07.2025 Mr. Navjot Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that in view of the judgment of Apex Court in M/s Celestium Financial vs. A. Gnanasekaran [2025 INSC 804], he seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file an appeal under Section 372 Cr.P.C., before the Sessions Court.

The statement made by learned counsel is taken on record and petition, along with pending application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file an appeal, if so advised and permissible in law.
