% 12.10.2018 None appears for the Plaintiff in the matter. On 8th November, 2016, learned counsel for the Plaintiff had submitted that an application for withdrawal of the suit would be moved. It is noticed that this suit has been pending for a long time and the Defendant Nos.1 to 5 have not been served. On 9th May, 2018, final opportunity was granted to the counsel for the Plaintiff to seek instructions. However, even thereafter on 26th July, 2018 and 17th September, 2018, the Ld.Joint Registrar has recorded that none had appeared for the Plaintiff and no steps have been taken to serve Defendant Nos. 1 to 5.

In this view of the matter, the suit is dismissed for non-prosecution. All pending applications also stand dismissed. PRATHIBA M. SINGH, J.
