This petition is filed seeking quashing of FIR No. 334/2022 under Sections 354D/506 IPC at PS Sangam Vihar on the basis that respondent no.2 has no objection to quashing of FIR and has filed an affidavit in that regard. Respondent no.2 is present in Court, duly identified by the IO, and confirms the same.

Petitioner is also present in Court, duly identified by the IO, who happens to be neighbour of respondent no.2 and undertakes that there shall be no reason for complaint by respondent no.2 in future. 3.
APP for the State informs that charges have been framed and therefore, objects to quashing of the FIR.

To this, petitioner has expressed his bona fide and has agreed to deposit costs of Rs.7,500/- with Delhi Police Welfare Fund. The same shall be deposited within a period of 2 weeks from today and an affidavit The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. confirming the deposit shall be filed within 2 weeks thereafter. 5.
On basis of this undertaking and 'No Objection' of respondent no.2, there is no use continuing with proceedings of the present FIR as it would be a misuse of the process of the Court and an unnecessary burden on the State exchequer. Accordingly, the petition is allowed. Consequently, the FIR No. 334/2022 under Sections 354D/506 IPC at PS Sangam Vihar and proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Parties shall abide by the terms of settlement. 7.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of. Pending application stands disposed of as infructuous.
