The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the present petition had been filed against the order of the learned Additional Sessions Judge vide which interim compensation was awarded. 2.
She further submits that during the pendency of the present petition the accused has been convicted and now the matter is fixed for the purpose of assessing the final compensation to be awarded. 3.
She thus contends that the present petition has been rendered infructuous.

In view of the above, the petition alongwith pending application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
