O R D E R

% 21.02.2019 IA No.2753/2019 in CS(COMM) No.333/2018 and IA No.2750/2019 in CS(COMM) No.334/2018 (both of the defendants under Order XXI R-1 CPC).

1.

The applicants / defendants / judgment-debtors in these disposed of suits, by these applications tender costs of Rs.50,000/- in each suit in terms of order dated 22nd January, 2019.

2.

The counsel for the applicants / defendants / judgment-debtors states that he has brought with him two pay orders in the name of the plaintiff.

3.

The counsel for the plaintiff / decree-holder appearing on advance notice states that the plaintiff / decree-holder is an entity based in France and has no bank account in India in said name and the costs should be paid either in favour of L'Oreal India Pvt. Ltd. or in the name of M/s K.G. Bansal & Company, Advocates.

4.

The option given of having the bank drafts in favour of M/s K.G. Bansal & Company, Advocates is exercised.

5.

The applicants / defendants / judgment-debtors to tomorrow i.e. 22nd February, 2019 bring substitute pay orders in favour of M/s K.G. Bansal & Company, Advocates.

6.

List tomorrow i.e. 22nd February, 2019.
