By order dated 23.09.2025, learned Joint Registrar recorded as follows:

"File is placed before this Court vide order dated 07.07.2025 for completion of service.

As per office note, notice sent to R-1 is received back unserved with the report 'no one came to collect'.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the suit giving rise to the present proceedings has been disposed off as dismissed for "non-prosecution" vide order dated 30.07.2025. It is submitted that the matter be placed before Hon'ble Court for withdrawal of the present petition.

Heard.

In view of the submissions, matter be placed before the Hon'ble Court on the date already fixed i.e. 29.10.2025."

In terms of the aforesaid order, Ms. Shalini Kapoor, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this revision petition, with liberty to file a fresh petition, if necessary, on the same cause of action. 3.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid.
