This is a petition under Article 226/227 of Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr. PC/ 528 BNSS for issuing directions for the speedy trial of Case No. 82392/2016 bearing FIR No. 641/2013 which is stated to be pending before Judicial Magistrate First Class, Shahdara, Delhi. 2.

Mr. Sahoo, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the FIR is of the year 2016 but the trial is not proceeding further because the file is not traceable. He has invited the attention of the Court to the order dated 24.10.2024, by which, the learned trial court directed the staff of his court to trace out the file, which is missing since 2023. 3.
