This petition has been filed, under Section 29A (4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of the learned Sole Arbitrator for a period of six months from 30.06.2025. 2.
The mandate of the learned Sole Arbitrator was extended from time to time, lastly by order dated 27.11.2024 in O.M.P.(MISC)(COMM.) 830/2024 until 30.06.2025.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that presently, the matter is at the stage of Petitioner's rejoinder arguments. 4.
He states that the schedule for the conclusion of arguments and directions has already been being fixed, and the last date of hearing is 22.08.2025.

requesting for extension of the mandate by a period of six (6) months for completing the arbitral proceedings and making of the arbitral award. 6.
Issue notice. Ms. Aastha Trivedi, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the Respondent.

She states that Respondent has no objection to the relief sought in this petition.

In view of the aforesaid joint request, the petition is allowed, and the mandate of the learned Sole Arbitrator is extended till 31.12.2025. 9.
