The present petition has been filed seeking directions to the respondents to consider the representation/complaints made by the petitioner against respondent no. 2, for misusing and running the illegal trade activity, i.e., call center in property bearing no. J-39, Ground Floor, Block-J, West Patel Nagar, New Delhi - 110008, without obtaining valid permission and requisite license from the concerned authorities, in any manner. 2.

The matter was kept for instructions on behalf of the learned counsel appearing for the respondent-Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD"), today.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent-MCD submits that one shop is running from the premises in question, after payment of the misuse charges. Thus, he submits that no illegal activity is being carried out from the premises in question, and there is no mis-user in the said property. 4.

He further submits that as per the Master Plan of Delhi, 2021, ("MPD, 2021") a shop upto 20 sq. mtrs., is allowed to be run for commercial activities, subject to the payment of conversion charges, as per Clause 15.6.3 of MPD-2021, on mixed land use. He submits that with respect to the shop in question, conversion charges have already been paid for area measuring 19 sq.mtrs. He, thus, submits that the prayer made in the present petition stands satisfied, in view of the fact that no mis-user is being carried out, from the property in question.

Considering the aforesaid statement made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent-MCD, the present petition, alongwith the pending application, stands disposed of, as satisfied.
