CRL.REV.P. 873/2024, CRL.M.A. 19962/2024 Criminal Revision Petition under Section 397 read with Section 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('Cr.P.C.') has been preferred on behalf of the petitioner against order dated 09.05.2024 passed by learned ASJ, North-West District, Rohini Courts, Delhi in CA No. 219/2023, whereby the order of learned MM on the point of interim maintenance in proceedings under Section 23 of Domestic Violence Act was upheld. After partly making some submissions, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition.

Taking the statement of learned counsel for the petitioner on record, petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
