The present petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking the following prayers: - <A. Pass an Order allowing the present Petition and quash and set aside the Impugned Complaint being Cr. Case No. 18/2019 titled as "Directorate of Enforcement Vis Mis Domco Pvt. Ltd. & Ors." arising out of ECIR being ECIR/RSZO/01/2015 dated 30.01.2015; B. Pass an Order quashing and setting aside the Impugned Order dated dated 22.10.2022 passed by the Court of Ld. Special Judge (PC Act) (CBI) (Coal Block cases);

C. Pass any other/ further Order(s) as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the interests of justice and equity.= 3.

It is pointed out that order on charge has since been passed by the learned Special Court under relevant provisions of the PMLA Act. In view of the above, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings in accordance with law before the Court of competent jurisdiction.
