It is submitted by Mr. Sanjoy Ghose, ld. ASC for GNCTD that an application being Original Application No.433 of 2015 titled Doctors for You vs. Union of India & Ors. is pending before the National Green Tribunal and is listed on 11th January, 2018. 2.

He submits that the identical issues of fact and law are raised in the said Original Application which is being pressed before this Court by way of present writ petition.

Mr. Anupam Tripathi, ld. counsel for the petitioner has considered the copy of the Original Application which is pending before the National Green Tribunal and submits that the issues are substantially similar.

He prays to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to approach the National Green Tribunal in the Original Application pending before the National Green Tribunal.

This writ petition is, therefore, dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty as prayed for.
