With the consent of the parties, the instant petition stands allowed in terms of the prayer, which reads as under:

"a . Allow the present petition and extent the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal for hearing final arguments and passing final award for a further period of one year from 14 .05.2025 and also validate the earlier proceedings conducted in the arbitration matter from 24. 10 .2024 to 14 .05.2 025." 2.

Accordingly, the mandate of the Arbitrator stands extended for a period of 18 months with effect from 24.10.2024. 3.

The instant petition stands disposed of.
