By this transfer petition, the petitioner seeks transfer of case CS SCJ 1590/2018 (Nirmala Devi v. Bhupender Kumar & Anr.) from the Court of the learned ACJ, South East District, Saket Court, New Delhi to the Family Court, South East District, Saket Court, New Delhi.

The transfer has been sought on the basis of the judgment of this Court in Avneet Kaur v. Sadhu Singh1.

Despite service, Respondent 1 is not represented.
