By way of the present petition, the petitioner is seeking expeditious disposal of the criminal proceedings in CR Case No. 2381/2019, arising out of FIR bearing no. 1364/2015, pending before the learned CMM, Saket Courts, New Delhi in terms of order dated 10.03.2022 of this Court. 2.

This Court is informed by the learned Trial Court that charges in this case were framed and the case is listed for recording of evidence. Since the FIR in this case pertains to the year 2015, the learned Trial Court is requested to ensure that the trial in this case is concluded within the period of 09 months from the date fixed before it.
